Horrible. No heat or hot water since 545 am. Out of propane and on automatic delivery. I am still waiting for the delivery. It's time to call again
Absolute worst customer service ever. My Mother has been calling for propane for weeks, and now is down to 2%, and all she gets is "they will be out today". If you have choices, DO NOT use this company.
This is the worst company for customer support they suck I have been waiting 26 hours for a delivery I'm on automatic and I've been without for 26 hours promises but no propane they suck for the last 2 years I've run out more then they deliver
If there was a rating lower than one star, I'd give it. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere.
