If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Do not waste your time!!!
Don't let them tell you that their delivery range is in Maryland. They gave a good talk, and good rates, but said they would send me to another supplier. Sorry about your luck. Watch these guys Maryland.
I think they are a good company and reasonably priced. They do stay competitive.
Last year I had to have Superior Plus technicians fix my furnace which consisted of replacing the entire circuit board - or whatever the main thing is that runs the furnace AND the igniter - all which cost me about a THOUSAND BUCKS. Yesterday my furnace turned off and wouldn't go back on. I called them to send a service tech. Well later on in the day the heat did finally turn on. I work overnight to deliver papers.
