The worst. We are paid up, we have not had a delivery in close to a month, and now we are freezing. We have tried to reach out multiple times, no answer. There is no emergency number for this company. I was on hold for at least 45 minutes before giving up. Every time we order, they create a "special request" event, even though we need propane every 2-4 weeks. Horrible customer service, inconsistent deliveries, and no way to contact them in an emergency.
