WARNING: Avoid this company at all costs. I officially closed my account in December 2025 and have a recorded line confirming the cancellation. Horrible company with horrible customer service. Took them 6 months to swap out the large tanks pre-existing on my property after I was charged a minimum usage fee ( bc they weren’t getting their refill money quick enough). Finally showed up unannounced over the weekend, knocking on my door when my wife is home alone, to swap out the tanks and charge me a delivery fee for gas that was already on my property, and now they’re refusing to refund me the difference owed for the gas previously paid for or even return my calls. Warning: Do not use this company. I closed my account and have a recorded line confirming the cancellation. Despite this, they showed up afterward, filled the tank without permission, and are now trying to bill me at double the market rate. Was patiently waiting at a red light in Southington when this loaded Superior Plus Propane truck barrels through a red light on Queen St. that had long been red. Make no mistake, if this truck had t-boned someone with the green light, they would have killed them. Tried calling the company to give them an opportunity to handle the call in house but was stonewalled by the secretary that answered the phone.
