I recently had a very disappointing experience with Superior Plumbing Solutions. They came to our place to do a rough-in for our bathroom, which included correctly placing the drain for our shower. I provided them with the model of the shower, and the technician even checked the manual on his phone to determine the right place to break the floor to accommodate the pipe according to our shower base.
