Was told I would have an estimate by end of day. Going on day 3 and still no estimate even after multiple phone calls saying they tech is working on it.
Mr. Sean was very professional and quick to come out and service our hot water heater. We called that morning with a problem and within an hour he was at our home fixing our problem. Thank you so much Mr. Sean.
We have a condo that was built on a slab in the early '70's. Back then they used ceramic piping which over time develops cracks and bellies which leads to back up in our sewer system (overflowing toilets and sewage coming into the showers).
