What is the point of being 24hrs if they won't even pick up their phone? Been trying to call and cant get a hold of anyone. I need a plumber ASAP not whenever they feel like picking up their phone!!!
i had an outside tap leaking for im not sure how long,curtis from superior plumbing came and charged me 600+plus tax to put a new tap on, i feel being a woman and a senior being taken advantage of, i said thats very high and got a yes for response, having no water for the day i feel i was really taken for a ride by these people, i am ashamed to say i felt pressure to pay to get it fixed
1 star given for showing up at condo. clogged toilet, plunging didn't solve problem. Kurtis had to use 6 ft snake. Charged $450.00 + HST $58.50 Total $508.50 for 10 minute job. Very unhappy.
“Superior on call service” that has no availability for 2 weeks. What a joke.
Was able to get an appointment quickly and the plumber showed up on time. Was very friendly and the prices were good.
