Sean did a great job. He cleared the kitchen sink drain with the hydro jet, but then push the sludge further down stream, blocking the main drain line. He almost had to remove the basement toilet to unblock the line, worked hard at snaking the kitchen sink drain line to finally unblock the main drain. He showed me what the flushing brought back and explained the cause of the blockage. Highly recommended.

We discovered that our sump pump was running continously with smoke coming from it on Saturday afternoon. We had been flooded a year prior due to a power outage and our entire basement flooded ruining our finished basement so we were greatly concerned with it happening again.
