Superior sent out a young man Conner after my furnace stopped working. After an hour of testing Conner diagnosed my Furnace and explained that my control board had shortened out. after calling all around they source the part I needed and had my furnace working within 24hrs of finding I had a problem

In the middle of deep snow and freezing temps in February, I needed a replacement water heater on an emergency basis. From the moment I called the dispatcher, Superior came to the rescue right away. They sent Connor, Brandon, Cole, and Theo, who were impressively professional and efficient. Great teamwork, communication, and results. I am so thankful for the above and beyond quality of work this team did, and would recommend to anyone.
Terrific, same day service. Our Plumber (Conner), was professional, courteous and informed us of what he was doing, every step of the way. I will definitely choose Superior again, and will request Conner by name.
