Appreciated Timeliness and communication. Answered all my questions. (Old Republic referral)
There are many negative reviews, I wanted to add my positive experience. Old Republic (warranty company) assigned Superior Plumbing to my issue, which was a leaky pipe from a corner tub. Adel (owner, I presume) was very nice and determined my issue needed attention right away. He assigned a gentleman named Michael, who was professional and able to determine and fix the problem, once approval came through from Old Republic. Ive had to deal with this company a few times and the way the manager spoke to me was out of line and so disrespectful he was raising his voice and being so belittling. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
It's a total waste of your time, money, and energy and a complete joke! I don’t recommend them.
