It's a total waste of your time, money, and energy and a complete joke! I don’t recommend them.
Immediate response, friendly and helpful. We had a toilet and shower implode on the same day, they immediately fixed one problem and explained clearly the delay on parts for fixing second problem.
Wow! All the other one star reviews are very very correct. I just had the same experience. Had a tech here two days ago, woke up this morning to cold air blowing out of my furnace for an hour and a half. When I called to tell them, I was told there was nothing they could do if it was working when they were here. I said you can’t diagnose? The guy that answered the phone was an idiot. I told Old Republic they need to drop this vendor now!
No problem at all, the person in charge very helpful and understanding..Send the Tech and fixed my Heater after being inoperative for more than 2 weeks. Very happy with their Service, will do it again gladly….11-29-2024 Thank you…..!!!!
My home warranty sent this company for a leaking bath tub faucet. Michael could not unscrew the pipe to change the cartridge. He told me they would have to make a hole in the back wall, cut and repair the pipe. My home warranty could not cover the pipe repair or provide a contractor to repair the wall I called Klaus and sons and they changed the cartridge in less than a half hour
