Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs. First of all, I specifically asked if their rate is higher during the weekend and was told no, it is the same throughout the week. Second, they stated they do not have an hourly rate, the cost is per job, and will be given an estimate when the plumber arrives and sees what needs to be done. Shady business. I called to come verify my water heater and they said the fee is $150 with tax but is reimbursed if I take my business with them. I proceeded to ask how much their water heaters are and they told me on the phone that they can’t say on hand the estimate will be given after the consultation. Consultation took 5 min, recommendation was to change the water heater and they don’t have anything under $3300. Had the price been communicated prior, I wouldn’t have taken the consultation. After booking appointments with them, they cancelled two days in a row leaving my family with no hot water. No apologies or discount where never offer. Leaves to think why they call themselves Superior. My advice stay away from this company. They do not care about their costumes.

Tech came over for AC today and wanted to charge $1800 for adding Freon which most companies charge between $50 to $100 and was pushing me to buy a new compressor which is still working, overcharging as far as price is concerned, of course I didn't go through with the work, found another company who added Freon for $75.00. Of course I add to pay the service fee of $150
