Same day service, fixed the furnace.... overall good experience. Slightly over $400 to replace igniter. Dunno if that is good or not, but it's better than not having heat.
Very helpful and professional with our furnace/central air installation and any issues we had with our previous furnace before the update.
Dryden is the only place this Company is registered, but they operate all over the province - I had bad experience with them in Niagara. They claim on their website to have "fully licensed plumbers" , "each of skilled plumbers have years of experience", but they sent to me a first year apprentice who couldn't unplug the kitchen sink or slow draining bathroom sink, suggested very expensive options (flushing entire stack - over $3,000 or replacing portion of the pipe - over $4,000), he misled us about asbestos that were unnece... read more
