Had my reservations about spending this kind of money on a swingset/playground. But from the time we walked in till it was assembled in our yard, there were no gimmicks, no pressure, and everyone was pleasant to deal with. These sets are excellent and appear to be super durable. Couldn't be happier with out purchase!
Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Failed to call for delivery on 3 separate occasions. So disorganized. They delivered the wrong swing set and colors. We actually scheduled a yard assessment to ensure everything would fit. The guy came out and had no Idea what we were buying and measured for the complete wrong set. When they finally brought the right one, It was able to fit and they had to cut out 2 of the 3 extras pieces we wanted and literally still charged me for the same set they promised. I searched every where, collected at least 10 catalogues from different places comparing prices, options and warranty. Today our playset was installed and I could not be any happier, the sets may seem expensive but believe your getting what your paying for. The quality cannot be any better, customer service over the phone, via email and installer was PERFECT!!! Thanks so much!! #Happysummer

I had issues with some wood splitting and also not only in our own, but some friends opinion. The play set weathered / worn down a little quicker then average. But the warranty service did replace not all, but most of the parts I was concerned about. In the end when considering the high price paid and after having our set for 3 years. I will give it 3 stars. We bought the "Extreme Play Center XL"

We were so happy with our first purchase a few years ago (swing set) we came back for a basketball net. The entire process from visiting their store in Norristown to the installation was great.
