I was employed with Superior Petroleum for aproximately four years. I put in many late nights, weekends, Holidays in the home delivery portion until I had an accident that required back surgery. I was then given a choice of reporting it on my health insurance or be terminated. I was terminated by James Jarrett, owner; when I took it upon myself to report it to workers compensation.
