I PAID $24,000 TO THIS BRIAN GUY, AND HIS JOB WAS DESCRIBED BY OTHER PAVING PROFESSIONALS THAT LOOKED AT IT AS "SHIT JOB". HE WON'T EVEN GIVE ME HIS INSURANCE INFORMATION TO FILE A CLAIM!
