BEWARE....AWFUL SERVICE!! I took my 8 year old son over two months ago to get fitted for orthotics. He was due for a new pair asap. Richard Brown, clinic manager, assured us that he would work fast and help us. 2 1/2 MONTHS LATER...they are still not done, no one calls back when I call to check on the status. Richard Brown answered the phone one time and said he had a "few more hours to finish them." That was over a month ago. My son still has no orthotics for Mr. Brown.
