Picked up some in stock parts from there store for $56.20 right before they closed. Returned the next morning to return them because we didn’t end up using them and they claimed they charge a 10% restocking fee even though it doesn’t state on there invoices that they charge a restocking fee. It’s not about the money but the principal and bad customer service.
Ordered some material for window bars on their website - nothing custom, just brackets. It took two days to ship out, and then they shipped it out ground when I paid for 2nd day air. I don’t know if they have an email or just don’t check it, too. Never responded to me.
Very pleased with my purchase from Superior Ornamental. Vince was very helpful and followed up with calls and emails to answer questions. I had searched several suppliers locally and online before making a decision. Shipping cost was a big factor and their website shipping estimate was much higher than when I finally called for other questions and went ahead to get a quote during the call. Highly recommended!
