What stood out most was his ability to explain everything in a clear and thorough way, making sure I fully understood my condition and treatment options. He took his time during the appointment and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and dedication to patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Al-Sharif to anyone seeking a skilled and attentive neurologist.
The entire visit lasted less than five minutes, which felt rushed and insufficient for addressing my concerns. A new medication was prescribed, but there was little to no explanation about how it works, why it was chosen, or what to expect. I also had concerns about potential side effects, which were not adequately discussed. As a patient, I expect clear communication and enough time to ask questions especially when starting a new medication. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and lacking in proper patient care.
