Called for furnace repair at 10pm on a Friday night. Left # with the answering service and brief detail of problem requesting a call back. Waited 45 minutes with no call back. Called another company and they called me back within 3 minutes, got here within 30 minutes and fixed our problem that night. A courtesy call saying you didn't work on our brand or type of furnace would've been appreciated.
Have been a customer for over 10 years. Excellent company to work with. Have serviced our needs for heating, air conditioning and water heater. We highly recommend them to new customers.
I Cannot say enough good things about Superior National Service and at this year's scheduled yearly system maintenance Wyatt again proving there are qualified, capable, people out there that actually do like to work and provide great service. Thanks again Wyatt for your skill, ability, service.
