This bank has gone way down. First they let someone hack my account for a British Airlines ticket and don't even notify me if it was me making this purchase. Now, I went to use my debit card and it was declined because SNB is having issues. Do you really want a bank like this handling your money?
This is by far the most difficult bank I've ever dealt with. I have 5 accounts across 5 different financial institutions including offshore accounts internationally and this is by far the worst one to work with ever. If you want a easy smooth transaction process on a refinance for a home do not go here for it. They will stick you in a construction loan for simple renovations with a high interest variable rate. Most people are nice up here. First Lady was nice. Second lady made me feel like I was the problem when she couldn't hear what I said. I just smiled though. But check the way you talk to people . Leave it at the door I felt uncomfortable. Not even going to start an account now. I'll travel the extra mile
