This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever worked with. Rarely do they answer their phone. They are short staffed and I have waited 1 month for the part and then they wanted me to wait 2 more weeks before a technician could come install the part. This is unacceptable.
Here's another Update... 6/26 Tracy is Outstanding at her Job... Everyone at Superior is.. Tracy is Fighting The System for me and I know I will be in a New Chair soon. She has Literally gone above and Beyond what she has to and I Appreciate her and Everyone At Superior So Much !!! I have a son who’s 43 years old he does not walk or use his hands properly. He’s got minimum mobility of one hand. We try to get this company because we thought it was good being that they been around for 50 years, but I don’t know if it’s gonna take 50 years to repair my son‘s chair. He’s leg is being affected more because he’s got spasticity due to his neurological problem from his CP. he was born with that they take him very long.
