The whole team is always super amazing! Tracy was phenomenal! She was very patient and help me figure out how to get my insurance in order to help me get my wheelchair. She went above and beyond and even allowed me to use a loaner until I was able to get everything processed. And when Christian dropped off the wheelchair to me, He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use the chair. You can tell that they they are in their field because they love helping people!
Great service and even better equipment. They have all the best brands for wheelchairs and mobility equipment. Michelle in customer service is very courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They work for you to help you with to become more mobile with your disability .
