I have been training here since I was 14 years old (14 years now) and all I can say is Jack Barontini is knowledgable in not only body building, nutrition, and health but also life. He is easy to get along with and is one of the most interesting people you can meet! I recommend this gym to anyone in Central Florida. I am thankful for find this gym and trainer.
