We needed help and spent a lot of time looking for transport. I am so glad this company came to our rescue, the team was respectful and very professional to our needs and helped in so many ways. Excellent service from people who REALLY CARE! I highly recommend this for anyone who has family in need of medical transport. Id give 10 stars in it was allowed. Ok so I been on transportation before. But I never never had one like Brytnei Lynn .. listen to me you guys have a worker who is amazing with her jobs you have someone who is willing to do it all. She made me feel amazing . I felt horrible that she had to do a hour ride. And she look at me dead and my face and said. I take SMR 6 days a week for the past 3 years. This is THE MOST reliable transportation company I have ever had. I have had plenty of them and they are the only ones that have LITERALLY been on time every time. Even in bad weather. It's a team effort between them and their employees that make SMR surpass excellence! Thank you to all the dedicated employees and owners for making me feel confident that my ride will be here when expected.
