SMSI HVAC is prompt professional and fairly priced. Ryan was thorough inspecting my furnace and halo (in duct purification system). He recommended which MERV of filter to use (too high actually makes furnace work harder) and educated me on ongoing care. SMSI offers membership plans which I'll be signing up for to ensure my furnace and A/C units are in tip top condition. Thank you SMSI for helping me beat the heat and kill the chill!

Ryan and his wife Leah have been a pleasure to work with. They have been very straight forward regarding their business model and how they operate as a small family owned company. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC field and was more than happy to show and explain to me what he was doing while servicing our units. They were also prompt and on time.
