We asked about repower options. They looked at two different manufacturers and different power sizes, compared warranties and parts availability, engineroom space and ways to access. I rang almost on closing time in fact they had switched the phones off to parts. Lovely lady answered and could not have been more helpful. went out of her way to find parts and "held" them for me to collect next day. Genuine and authentic customer service I shall be back
A few months ago I needed to talk to them and the website only allows you to pick some options and no others etc. so I picked some things to reach them. They returned a few days later, first they told me why I picked silly options as if it allows. The combo started with negative energy. The website is already so bad it tAkes ages to open, few inside links don't work. I have IT business so I wasn't an old generation person who used things wrong.
