Called today regarding an ongoing problem with an old deadlock. I knew I wasn't giving much (any) notice, but asked if it would be possible to check the lock today. They managed to squeeze the job in today and solved the problem quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Problem solved! Why hadn't I called them earlier? Thanks to the super friendly and talented Charlie and the team. I couldn't be happier!
