Locksmith was 20 min’s late with not even the courtesy of a phone call to say he was going to be late. When I told him I didn’t appreciate not being called to say he was late, he didn’t even apologise. Very unprofessional.. everyone knows to call when late. When I had called the company to say he hadn’t shown up yet they weren’t apologetic either; which tells me they have low standards of professionalism too. Called today regarding an ongoing problem with an old deadlock. I knew I wasn't giving much (any) notice, but asked if it would be possible to check the lock today. They managed to squeeze the job in today and solved the problem quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Problem solved! Why hadn't I called them earlier? Thanks to the super friendly and talented Charlie and the team. I couldn't be happier!
