Superior Leak Detection has done a great job for us very recently at our new home and in the past at our previous house. They detected and repaired several pool leaks that other companies could not find. We feel that they are the best and you will be very pleased with them also!! We had a slow leak in our pool. Superior came out to test it, found the leak, and gave us a bid to fix it. It was going to involve breaking up the concrete deck to get to a leaky pipe. We accepted it. When the repair man came out he realized he could do the job without breaking up the concrete, he could dig in from the side. So that's what he did, and because the deck didnt need busted up and repaired, the bid we accepted got adjusted DOWNWARDS. Request image for replacing skimmer. People were friendly and appeared knowledgable. Charged an estimate fee of $150 or so that was nonrefundable if you proceeded with the work.During calls back and forth setting appt, I found their use of AI receptionist annoying. After just speaking with "real" assistant and remembering something I forgot and calling back I had to go thru the whole leave a message routine.
