I contacted this company one weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for Monday the 20th between 2 and 4 PM. I called them on Monday afternoon at 12 noon to confirm our appointment and expected a phone call back. Mind you I took off time from work to meet this company to come to my house and provide me with an estimate. I called again at 2 PM with no response and again at 4 PM with no response.
