I scheduled sprinkler system winterization service with superior. Aiden called me to set up a time and I told him Wednesday was not a good day. He called Thursday about 8am and said he could be at my house to do the work in about 15 min. I told him around 10 am would work better for me. He adjusted his schedule to fit mine and promptly did the work. I highly recommend superior landscape for sprinkler work.
No show for 2 appointments.. We have called, went to the office and talked to Oscar. He Always set a date to come out. Never showed or called. They do good work but I guess they don't need the business by the way they treated us.

We have had Superior Landscaping in Klamath Falls, OR do work at our home on a number of occasions since we moved to Klamath four years ago. Recently, Oscar was here to repair two areas in our sprinkler system. All of our interactions with Superior Landscaping have been positive. These repairs were done as needed and, like the other Superior employees that have been at our place, Oscar was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, left the work areas in excellent condition, and was a gentleman at all times. Had Superior Lanscape put in a complete sprinkler system and hydroseed our law. They did an excellent job and we have had no problem with their work. The crew was knowledgeable, showed up as expected and provided a good product. We had they do the winter shut off and came back this spring for the startup and fertilization. We would definitely use than for any of our landscape needs and recommend them for their landscaping needs.
