Does anyone else notice that 3 people are reviewing this company over and over.
Horrible… I am not one to write reviews, but after dealing with this company, I changed my mind. If all you need is a policy, then maybe this is the company for you. Once Janis Smith receives payment, she will not return calls or emails, and if you try to go to the office to catch her, she will be on vacation. This has happened to me over and over. I am a small business, I do not have time to chase my insurance agent around town, “or God knows where” while she is enjoying my money.
