We recently needed to cancel our policy due to our car being out of commission. I was complimentary in the email requesting cancellation and said we’d return for business. He did the cancellation the next business day after I emailed but 2 days later our policy was still showing as active. He said it was because he had to email it to them and it wouldn’t be immediate. I never write bad reviews but this is by far the worse agency and that johana character smh these ladies are rude and I think they hate women of my color to be honest I cringe when I have to make changes to my policy and nationwide forwards me to them smh do better

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AGENCY IN THE WORLD! THIS AGENCY HAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT REPRESENTATIVES WHO DO NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB THEY ARE PAID TO DO. I DEALT WITH JOHANA DIRECTLY AND THE LACK OF RESPECT AND KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THIS WOMAN HAS IS BELOW DISSAPOINTING.
