Crooks. They nickel and dime you. Every time you make a change they charge you a fee. On top of all the commissions they charge. Chris and his team are thieves. Go somewhere else.
HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!!!!! MY MOM IS THRU THIS PLACE , IT'S ASHAME I HAVE TO KEEP TABS CALL THEM ETC WHEN THE ISSUE WAS THEM . MOTHER BEEN PAYING 400 SOME IN INS AND CAR WAS NEVER ON THE POLICY , NO MONEY BACK ETC ??? IF YOUR COMPANY WAS SCANNING THE INFO AND FRONT DESK WAS NOT !!!!! SO RUDE THEN PEOPLE WOULD PROBABLY HAVE BETTER SAY!!! GO TO ANOTHER AGENCY !!!! Savanna IS AWESOME ! she did help best way she can no issues no attitudes . Thanks yo YOU only :)
