My husband dropped off a chain saw on April 29, 2017 for repair. We have called them 3 separate times (May 17, May 25 and June 20, 2017) to check on the status and to see when it might be done as it was greatly needed to cut up some logs from storm damage in our yard. Each time we were told that it was on a mechanic's bench and he was working on it. Since it is the end of August, we figure that we will never see that chain saw again. We are greatly disappointed in this business and would NEVER recommend it to anyone!
