First time I shopped here, didn’t really get that much help. But it’s ok I was browsing. I’ve seen the reviews about the front desk girl. Today I went for my second time, the girl was nice and helpful, maybe people should stoke up conversation she opens up! I mean I don’t blame her, she sits in the hot warehouse in Arizona! Went into this store today and I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The woman behind the counter not greeting me was no big deal but the fact that she seemed to have no interest in helping me ultimately lead me to leave the store. Her demeanor and response when asked if she would be able to tell me about a specific product said she was either having a bad day or just not interested in helping me so I decided to take my businesses to the Chemicals Guys store in Mesa.
worst customer service, lady at the register was very rude & short answered. I asked for the price of something & she stated "I dont know, some dollars and change." It seemed as she didnt want to be working there. Definitely wont be returning!

I ONLY buy from superior image when it comes to supplying my detailing business. Shelby and the team are super friendly and always helpful. On top of that, their products are top of the line!
