Buyer beware, based on our experience, I wouldn’t trust this company. The technician refused to replace a $20 capacitor to see if the compressor on our AC was actually broken. He insisted that we needed to replace it with a brand new $7000 AC unit instead. We called competitors, got the $20 capacitor replaced and our AC is running smoothly again. Customer service was hard to get a hold of but after a few calls, they agreed to refund the service call fees.

We had uneven heating in the house and lots of dust buildup. Superior HVAC Gatineau did a full duct cleaning and also discovered a partially blocked vent causing poor airflow upstairs. After cleaning and fixing the issue, the difference is night and day. The air feels cleaner and every room heats evenly now. Really happy with the results!

I had a fantastic experience with Sean when my water heater stopped working. He arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the situation. He explained all of my options and answered all the question I had while making sure I understood the best course of action. Thanks to his professionalism and expertise, we were able to get a new water heater installed the very next day with ease. I highly recommend Sean!!

I just want to say thank you Superior HVAC Service for your prompt service, customer service and to Sean. We called them this morning, Sean came around 4pm and made recommendations. Customer service was excellent. Sean was superb. It is our first time dealing with them and will definitely recommend 100%.
