Our experience with Superior HVAC was abysmal. The installation was a mess from start to finish, resulting in a non-functional unit and severe water damage to our home twice. The poor workmanship was so evident that other HVAC professionals were stunned by their incompetence. It was apparent the owner lacked understanding of basic manufacturer specs and wiring diagrams. This terrible installation ended up costing us more in subsequent repairs than the original job itself."
STAY AWAY. Entire install was a mess. Unit never worked and caused massive water damage on two occasions. Multiple contractors were in disbelief with the poor workmanship and incompetence. The owner couldn't comprehend the manufacturers install specs or a basic wiring schematic. Cost more in repairs than the initial install.
