I can not explain how much of trouble i had with Superior Homes Sales. They pick every lot possible in the Mobile home park regardless if its ready for home to be put on or not. They are using Redman /Champion Homes for the Retailer Store. i am not advising to buy from them.
I got this home exactly one year. They are just dealers like car dealer, have very disorganized staff, one said my home will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks and unexpectedly my home arrived in 2 days after 6 month of waiting. Lot was not ready. , Home was in very cheap condition, and i still have continues situation with appliances stopped working exactly after one year .
