Has to be the worst living experience I've had in my entire life. The responsiveness and professionalism of the workers is next to none and they refuse to do anything about other tenants continuously violating their leases. It takes forever to get any sort of communication with them and when speaking on the phone they have no sense of professionalism. I would not wish working with this company on my worst enemy. Do not rent from them.
They are in violation of NYC housing laws and in violation of the lease. Still waiting for a return of security deposit 43 days after vacating the apartment and leaving it in perfect condition.
The water went off and was fixed the next day. Everyone else was contacted to find out if the were receiving hot water. I was not contacted cause I am not a Lease Holder but I live on the 4th floor of the building with my family and I pay my rent. It has been more than 3 days now with just a little stream of water coming through the pipe and no hot water too. Every time I need something to get fixed I have to go through hell before I get it fixed.
