Byron came here to teach us about the bacterial and other bad stuff inside our water and completely changed our lives. Since day 1 we had zero complaints, itches, other issues compared to to when we didn’t have the water solution. We are so grateful for them.
The system is great. The company is a shit show. We had a horrible experience of the system being put in. The job was started and it was months before it was finished. There is a “soap” supply that is included. That’s a joke. It never happened. Many many call and a year later still nothing. Maintenance of the equipment is also nonexistent. For the best quality water I do recommend a water system but not from this company.
Can’t express how happy we are with the quality of water we have in our home with the use of their water filtration system. Customer service has been good. Luis has always answered our calls and responds timely. The team as a whole (management, sales, service) all provide stand up service.
Almost 8 months...thats how long we have been having issues with this company. A routine filter change in September lead to a water leak under the kitchen sink that ruined the cabinet. Since December we have had multiple no shows, cancelations, unreturned calls/texts, and several let me call you back in 10 minutes that never happened.
