I will leave my honest and fair review here and give you the real rundown. But in short, please don’t go with company for your water treatment system. If you can find some other place that is better and cheaper, please do so. If you have to go with this company, don’t get sold into buying their system that comes with lifetime warranty because they will give you a hard time. Most of the good reviews are on installation. This company is a scam! I've had this water system for a couple of months now and I CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE! Also as a signing bonus they offered me variety of soaps for 5 years. Well.... never got those. I called/ texted the sales person that knocked on my door and sold me this product and he doesn't even respond either. Also this company is incompetent! When there was a freeze warning a person from the company leaked out their customers information by email. In the email this employee sent out multiple people respond... read more
