Lance was great! He was very thorough with the home inspection and made sure we understood what need to be fixed and how to prioritize updates within the home. He also had a lot of great professional companies to contact for specific home updates. Lance was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and confident with moving forward with future home purchases. I highly recommend him for any home inspection!
If you are like me and worried about the status of the house, have Lance check it out. It took him a few hours do the inspection and than he spend a few hours with us walking around the house showing all his foundings. He made sure we knew exactly what we are getting ourselves into. I feel confident about the house now and it gave me an ease of mind as he is extremely detailed and professional. Lance went way above and beyond every other home inspection I’ve seen, very professional, knowledgeable and in depth, found things I definitely would not have seen otherwise. The report was detailed with explanations and pictures. Will definitely call him if/when We buy another house. And highly suggest him to anyone that is looking at homes.
Lance was awesome to work with. He explained everything to us and showed us what he was talking about. Lance was able to put our mind at ease being first time home buyers. He was patient with all of our questions and got us in on the day we needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We used a different home inspector the first time and lance was way better.
