I really appreciate the care and consideration that they have given my mother. Very professional and thorough. I am in Houston and she is in Crystal City, I have peace of mind knowing that they are taking care of her.
If you love your family cared for with compassion and empathy please Do Not use this service. There is always a delay in response. They have more directors than nurses who play the blame game. Zero accountability. Wasting precious time picking up prescriptions that should’ve been delivered. Which were called in only after you go through the chain of command. LVN to nurse to Dr to admin.
