Wrong product substituted - originally reviewed by unsatisfied. 4-2-2013 Original review was due to a lesser product substituted for what was ordered and paid for. Superior Hobbies assured me that a simple mistake had been made in shipping the product. They sent the correct product at their expense to make it right. They followed up with excellent customer service. If possible I would withdraw the original review.
Best customer service Best service! They have a great selection, usually have what i need in stock, if not they will order it for me. But great customer service is why I chose this to be my hobby store in Orlando. Can't beat it!
WRONG PRODUCT SUBSTITUTED Ordered GRC402 2.5Million CST diff oil @ $16.95 + shipping. I received GRC400 1Million CST diff oil which they listed for $13.95 + shipping. No refund for the difference. I didn't get what I paid for.
Great Help – I called Michael at Superior regarding tire compounds. He took the time to explain tire type, offset, compound and other technical data. When he did not know specifics, he volunteered to contact the manufacturer on my behalf. Michael invited me to a Club Race in December to try out modifications. I would ask tech info anytime and will purchase products from him although there are others in the area. Thank you. Rick

Great Service Superior Hobbies is jammed packed with different hobbies supplies. I was running in quick on my lunch hour hoping to get in and out. Sure enough as soon as I opened the door the employees all said, "Hello, what are you looking for?" They ran through the store, got what I needed and met me at the register. I don't think I was there 5 minutes. I know that is the first place I'll go next time that I'm looking for hobby supplies!
