Fast and friendly service. Family owned as well.
I called Superior Heating and Cooling, LLC to clean my return vent fan. They say I need coolant, ok go for it. This man charged me $340 dollars and didn't clean a damn thing. $150 was "travel" from Louisville to... Uh, Louisville. I had to roast my ass off for 8 hours in 95° heat only to come home and crawl under my own damn house to do a job I paid way too much for. They wouldn't answer the phone to fix this and you can't leave a message. I was beyond pissed.
Today, 6/17/24 is my 3rd experience utilizing Superior heating and Cooling. A/C condensing unit when down Sunday evening at 6:00pm on 6/16/24. I called and left a message Sunday night explaining the symptoms and received a return call from their office manager at 7:50am Monday morning. Ran through the symptoms again with him and was told they would send a technician today, Monday 6/18/24. Technician named Jonathan arrive at 3:00 pm and I had A/C going again at 3:20pm.
