Got new hvac 3 years ago. Had several problems they had to fix in those years. Now. No air. Blows hot. It's 80 some degrees out and 85 in house. They tell me it's a valve that takes 4 weeks to get or my choice is to get new one. I DON'T THINK SO, it's only 3 years 2 months old. With warranty. Not paying. I'll get attorney involved first.

I purchased a new unit from them, and I’ve had nothing but problems with it ever since. And all three times I have had a tech here they say there’s nothing wrong with it when obviously there is. Each time they can not give a time that someone will be here, therefore, I take an entire day off of work and sometimes they don’t even show till after 5 PM anyway. They are claiming to be Superior heating and cooling management in Oldsmar when you call they send you to one hour air and ARS they have no affiliation with superior heating and cooling management in Oldsmar Florida

Just got my new unit installed, Shawn was the salesman he was very knowledgeable and gave me what I believe is a great deal. As always buyers should always beware and make sure you get what is promised, when checking on the work progress I seen they did not remove my old duck work so I called the owner, he assured me if the tech said it was not needed it was fine and gave me 5 years warranty on my current duck work or it would be replace free (Yes I got that in writing).
