DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY May 28, 2024. Technician added 3 lb refrigerant to system June 12, 2024. System freezes up due to loss of refrigerant Different company dispatched to fix problem. Diagnosis - loss of refrigerant due to no Schrader valve caps. The Schrader valve caps were found by the technician from the 2nd company. They were on the concrete pad next to the condenser unit.
