We have had Superior for more that 15 years and they are GREAT!! This is our Vacation home and they’re always so accommodating and send the best technicians that have a lot of knowledge!! We are very, very pleased with the service they provide!
We just moved into our new home and had an issue with our AC. They were prompt in coming out on the weekend and getting our air back on. Great service!
You spent thousands with them on 2 new HVACS and they treat you like crap unless you have a service contract with them. Since I'm out of state my Realtor had to call another HVAC company to come diagnose problem that came right away since it was urgent.
Extremely disappointed with the service we received. Our air conditioning unit stopped working in our brand new home. A technician from Superior Heating & Air came out and quickly determined the unit was out of refrigerant. He claimed this was “normal” even for new systems and mentioned he was having similar issues with a brand-new unit at his shop.
