I stopped into the store to simply ask a few questions. To my surprise I thought that I was going to get the run around like several other shops that I stopped in over the past week to get an answer about my older pellet stove. After spending a good amount of time speaking with the guy I knew what I was getting into and decided to have a tech come out. I went to Marlborough CT Superior Hearth and Spa to purchase a Jotul gas logs freestanding fireplace and install. I spent over 3500.00 that day, paid in full for stove, hook up installation and piping. They said it would take a few weeks. We had also ordered and paid for at the same time the light kit, blower and remote. They came to install stove and pretty much hacked it into my house and didn't paint the pipe ,the alignment of the pipe to the wall outlet is terrible. They were hear about 1 hour and gone.
