Tammy has helped me twice now - the first when I needed a hearing test and the software on my HAs had issues in the winter and again just yesterday when things needed to be a bit louder for me. What I thought would be a complicated fix turned out to be quite easy (for her). She is so kind, patient and with many years in her field, she is very knowledgeable.
