I've had a Groupon since last year. Tried to use it and they told me they were booked for 6 months. It expired and now they won't call me back to book any appointment.
Omg that's me I can't get an appointment or my money back.they suck they should be reported to the better business bureau.
Got a wife bought me a 4 massage package back for Christmas and I still have not got in. At this point we just want our money back. PS I con recommend plenty of other place that will get you in sooner.
Three month wait to book an appointment, then they call the day before to cancel and seem to not even care, then they tell me the next appointment is not available again for three months, sorry but if you cancelled on me you should have another opening much sooner
It was decent. It took 2-3 months to book a massage appointment this summer. Waiting this long is not very customer friendly.
