Hired Superior to refinish hardwood floors in several areas of our home. From the onset they provided a detailed description of their process. They advertise about limited dust going to various parts of the house. This was an important feature, as our past experience with another company resulted in days of cleaning up dust throughout the house. Superior Flooring’s process pretty much eliminates dust cleanup! Was looking forward to receiving a detailed quote from Superior Hardwood. But they never showed up for the appointment. Not impressed in the no-show for the time and date we agreed on.
